3458736 - Admin cannot select user during Assign a Buddy to New Hires - Onboarding

Admin is completing "Assign a Buddy to New Hires" task for a candidate, however the employee chosen cannot be selected and there are already 100 suggestions in the system.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 

1. Admin starts "Assign a Buddy to New Hires" task
2. There are already 100 suggestions present
3. Admin search for a specific employee
4. When they try to select them, nothing happens

A maximum of 100 employees appears as Buddy suggestions, and the employee you are trying to select was previously selected in the past, but it is not amongst the suggestions available.

The responsible user completing the buddy task should set the toggle "Show Previously Used" to off then they should be able to add new buddy.
