• How do we remove the proxy action on the My Team Tile?

SAP SuccessFactors HCM

1. Login as a user with direct reports.
2. Navigate to My Team tile on the Home Page.
3. Click on any direct report.
4. See the 'Proxy' button despite the manager not having any proxy permissions

'Proxy' button is hardcoded and it is not possible to disable it.

If the manager does not have any proxy permissions in place then nothing will happen when clicking this button.
