Even though the Budget Availability Control is active for the project and the all the settings are maintained correctly, no warning/error message obtained as per settings during the creation of Purchase Requisition or Purchase Order.

Cause
Scope item 2I3 not activated.
Resolution
In order to use the functionality of budget availability control and commitments, scope item 2I3 has to be activated.
Raise a case under X4-CBC-PRX to get the scope item 2I3 activated.
