3458848 - Draft always editable by responsible user even if fields are set as read-only - Onboarding

After configuring the fields as read-only during new hire data review and saving as draft, upon returning to the the draft the permission is set as edit not respecting RBP (role based permission) setup.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. As responsible user initiate new hire data review step
2. Complete all needed information, except the fields that were configured as read-only
3. Save as Draft
4. Open the Draft just saved and the fields that were set as read-only will be editable

Even though the fields of new hire data review can be set as read-only there is no specific permission to control in draft mode, hence the permissions are not kept as it is expected that the recruiter can edit the step.

At this version of Onboarding it is not possible make draft as read-only as the owner will always have the option to edit draft created by themselves regardless of RBP (role based permission) setup.
