3458931 - RFBILA00 doesn't show text for FS Item totals

Symptom

You are executing transaction F.01 to display the Trial Balance report. You have entered a specific combination for company code, currency type and ledger and selected "classical output" or "ALV grid control" output.
The program RFBILA00 doesn't show any text or description in the totals financial statement items even though you enable  "display total" for affected FS Item in OB58.
