3458940 - Unable to generate a TR (Transport Request) for the configuration activity "Map Resources to Resource Type"

After completing the configuration activity "Map Resources to Resource Type" (ID: 103299), observe that the Transport Request is not generated, and the changes are not captured in any Transport Request.

Configuration activity "Map Resources to Resource Type" (ID: 103299) is marked as "Redo in P". Configuration is not transported between systems, and each tenant (Dev, Test and Production) has a different set of data. The main reason for "Redo in P" is that this configuration is dependent on the resource master data (activity) which could vary in each system. 

Manually maintain the configuration activity again in the target system after the configuration transport has been imported. Refer to Manual Rework Activities in a Target System | SAP Help Portal for the detailed instruction.
