Symptom
The default format of the Reply-To Email address follows the format emaildomain.@campaigns(DC_number).jobs2web.com. The emaildomain is customizable for the customer and the DC number depends on the RMK Data Center. This KBA provides information if the customer wants to use their domain instead of the jobs2web.com domain.

Resolution
- SPF Record spf.cloudmail.ondemand.com needs to be added on the domain that the customer will be using as the Reply-To email address. Since that customer might have different configuration on their domain, the customer needs to reach out to their internal IT to have this one configured. Support cannot provide additional information on how this can be done on the side of the customer.
- To validate if the SPF record is in place, https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx can be used using the SPF Record Lookup.
- The support will be requesting for a DKIM Private and Public Key Pair. The public keypair will be provided to the customer to have it added on the DNS of the customer. The customer can reach out to their internal IT to add the Public key Pair. The DKIM Private key pair will be added on SAP's side and will be handled internally.
- Once the SPF record and the DKIM record is already in place, the customer can now update the Reply-To email address using their own domain.
Note: Updating the Reply-To email address without completing the steps will result to the email campaign to not being sent or received by the candidates.
