3459002 - Error 6P002 "The argument is not provided in table T399D" occurs in t-code MM17 and material master BAPI

Symptom

When mass maintaining material master data using t-code MM17, BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVEDATA OR BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVEREPLICA, error 6P002 "The argument is not provided in table T399D" occurs when save changes. However, same error message do not occurs in simulation.
