3459042 - Compensation Information Data is missing on saving of an new hire

Upon Submitting New hire, Compensation Information data is missing in People profile.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Suite Integration

1. Navigate to Manage pending hire > select the user.
2. The user has Compensation Information prefilled from Onboarding or Recruiting.
3. Upon selecting the user, fill the required the fields and continue till Job Information.
4. At this moment, the "Submit" button is disabled because the compensation information has not been loaded yet.
5. Go back to the first portlet to change the hire date or company field, the system will popup message "This action will clear Job Information and Compensation Information. Do you want to continue? ".
6. Click on "Yes", the Job Information and Compensation Information data will be removed.
7. But the "Submit" button is enabled and Compensation Information has still not been loaded yet.
   
8. Click on "Submit", the User is hired with success and the employee is created without a Compensation Information record.
   

1. Engineering Team have confirmed that the issue will be fixed in 2H 2024 release.
2. Workaround - When Hire date or Company field is changed, please make sure to click on 'Continue' button and navigate till Compensation Information.
