3459084 - Long text from Material Master is not fatched to PR when it is generated from CJ20N

Symptom

The long text in the basic Data text tab of Material Master will be automatically filled in the Purchase Requisition (PR) when it is created using T-code: ME51N. However, the long text of the Material Master will not be automatically fetched if a PR is generated from the Project Builder screen.
