Symptom

When create an Interest Rate Instrument with Variable Interest Category, and try to fix corresponding rate via T-code TJ05 under Interest Rate Adjustment tab，

the error message TRIA009 happens : " Unable to find any open interest rate adjustments for selection crit. "
