3459267 - SAP Business ByDesign 2402 Hotfix Collection 3 Information

Following is the list of fixes* delivered with the Hotfix collection 3 performed in 2402 release of SAP Business ByDesign.

The Hotfix collection is planned to be deployed to tenants during the respective planned maintenance window on/after the 20^th of April 2024. Please check the planned maintenance downtime window of your tenant from the Service Control Centre.

Mobile Framework  

• The SAP Business ByDesign Android mobile application was experiencing issues with opening PDF files. This issue is now fixed.  (Hotfix ID: 1000028812) 

Customer Relationship Management

Sales Price List

• The ManageSalesPriceList service is now working as expected. (Hotfix ID: 1000026489)

Sales Order 

• In the CUSTOMER_RETURN business object, under the Customer Return node, the AddServiceTransactionDocumentReferenceForRepair action is now read-released in the Public Solution Model. (Hotfix ID:  1000029700)

 Customer Invoice 

• When an invoice document is canceled, the displayed pop-up did not contain the Invoice Date and Posting Date making it difficult to decide. This issue is now fixed, and the pop-up displays the dates. (Hotfix ID:  1000026296)

UI Plug-Ins 

• Earlier, the CRMCUCOISCU data source displayed truncated Contract UUID values in the Contract Item ID field. This issue is now fixed. (Hotfix ID: 1000025199)

Cross Country Extensions 

• The fix ensures that the QR code information is correctly displayed on the customer invoice form for Switzerland while doing the multiple release of a invoices. (Hotfix ID:  1000029004) 

• You can now send documents via PEPPOL even if the numbering rule is not maintained or a global invoice number is picked. (Hotfix ID: 1000027913)

Business Partner Template

• In the Customer business object, under the Common node, the Script Code field has been read-released in the Public Solution Model (PSM). (Hotfix ID: 1000026812)

Tax Declaration 

• For Israel, vendor payments (clearing of credit memo using incoming bank transfer payment method) will not be reported in all the withholding tax returns. (Hotfix ID:  1000028054)

Travel and Expense Management 

• For Denmark, the per diem rates for meal, mileage, and lodging are updated as per the regulations from January 2024. (Hotfix ID: 1000025025)

 Statutory Reporting 

• The Mexico Electronic Accounting system now allows users to access the correct general ledger accounts list based on the selected set of books. Additionally, the Israel - 6111 Report has been corrected to distribute the difference between the parent 6111 node's balance and the sum of all child 6111 nodes only when necessary, resolving the redistributed balance issue. • In the APDL_INBOUND_DELIVERY Business Object, under the ITEM node, the Action-CANCEL has been read-released in the Public Solution Model (PSM). (Hotfix ID: 1000026945) 

Production Segment

• In the PRODUCTION_SEGMENT Business Object, under the PROD_BOM_ITEM_ACT_ASSIGN Node, the SUPPLY_RELEVANCE_INDICATOR is now read-released under the Public Solution Model (PSM). (Hotfix ID: 1000028441)

Production Bill of Material

• In the BOM_PRODUCTION Business Object, under the COMPONENT Node, the FIRST_ASSIGNMENT_INDICATOR is now read-released under the Public Solution Model (PSM). (Hotfix ID: 1000028172)

Payment Processes 

• Earlier, object creation without manual adjustment used to run into issues because of unsuccessful bank statement uploads. The uploads for bank statements (CAMT053 V8 generic) or Payment. (Hotfix ID: 1000029260)
