3459271 - Not able to edit/remove Extension field Calculation Rule

Symptom

You would like to edit or remove the calculation rule for Extension field.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Sales work center.
  2. Go to the Leads view.
  3. Open any Lead and start Adaptation Mode.
  4. Choose the Extension field in which you want to remove the Calculation Rule.
  5. Edit the field and you will notice that the Edit option is available only for Header info of the field and not for Calculation Rule.

Cause

This calculation rule is maintained during the creation of the Extension field, hence it cannot be edited/deleted.

Resolution

This is the current system design.
