3459400 - Onboarding data overwritten Employee Central users' record - Onboarding

When adding a new hire to Onboarding manually (Add a New hire to onboarding) the system is updating Employee Central users' record.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Login the system
2. Add a New hire to onboarding
3. Once you complete inputting the info, click on "Provide additional Information"
4. Click Cancel on the bottom page

Same username is being used.

When adding the new Onboardee, the username is unique, so it cannot be the same.

If ignoring the warning that says the user already exist, the system will update EC profile right way, even if not completing the action of adding the new hire.
