3459459 - Welcome Teams chat sent to user with dummy email.

Symptom

Welcome Teams chat sent to users who do not have a valid email address maintained in the UDF e.g. dummy@successfactors.com.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite: Integration Between SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft 365.

Cause

Immediately after the app is installed, a welcome chat is triggered by default.

The chat will trigger even if the admin hasn't established the connection on tenant level.

Resolution

Expected behaviour. This is a generic welcome message, therefore, the email address is not relevant.
