Dynamic text does not shows 'All' when a story filter is not added to it in SAC.

Connection - BW live.

1. Login to SCA.
2. Create a story.
3. Add a story filter to filter out certain members.
4. Add a dynamic text that should reflect the members selected in the above story filter.
   
   Notice that when we select all the members in the story filter, the dynamic text shows all of these members.

This is behavior by design.

The dynamic text displays some of the members and +more in the box [For e.g., Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh (and 11 more)]

This is currently the behavior of the product and the dynamic text will display the same way you see in your story.
