3459530 - New WBS Elements are not displayed in 'Project Budget Report - Overview' and 'Project costs' apps.

Recently created WBS Elements are not found in 'Project Budget Report - Overview' and/or 'Project costs' apps when user searches for them.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition

1. Create a WBS Element through 'Project Planning' app;
2. Open 'Project Budget Report - Overview' and/or 'Project costs';
3. Search for the project in which the WBS Element was just created;
4. Notice that the WBS Element will not be listed in any of those apps.

This happens if the newly created WBS Elements are not assigned to any type of costs. 'Project Budget Report - Overview' and 'Project costs' apps will only show WBS Elements that have a cost designated to it.

In order for such WBS Elements to be displayed in 'Project Budget Report - Overview' and/or 'Project costs' apps, it is necessary to assign a cost to the respective item.
