Symptom

  • How to manually change the values in the column BUDGET_USED_AMOUNT in the Budget report of an Award?
  • How to make the column BUDGET_USED_AMOUNT become zero Budget report of an Award?

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Rewards and Recognition
  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Reward and Recognition
  2. Manage Spot award programs
  3. Select the award
  4. Click on reporting > Budget reports
  5. Check column BUDGET_USED_AMOUNT - it shows the amount utilised in all the granted awards using the budget holder's budget

Resolution

It's not possible to edit the Utilisation amount (BUDGET_USED_AMOUNT column). This column will display the amount of the budget spent in all of the nominations made with the Budget amount assigned to the Budget holder.

Note: Changing the Budget amount assigned to the budget holder will not affect the Spent budget/Utilisation amount.
