Symptom

RemittanceImportAsyncRequest fails in the Managed Gateway for Spend&Network's transaction tracker with the error "Transimission failed with the error java.lang.Exception: java.lang.Exception: SOAP Fault :The incoming message is invalid with the following errors: urn:Ariba:Buyer:vsap:RemittanceImportAsync@ line 31 in SoapResponseParse.groovy while posting to customer AN0XXXXXXXXXX - RealmName:XXXX target system with HTTP ResponseCode: .. Suggested Action : Please contact support with ErrorCode:CIG-PLT-04641."

The error validator shows:
