3459597 - Objects Missing in Custom Card Creation When Not Logged in English

The login was done in any language besides English, and when creating a Custom Card in the Home Page, it is possible to see that there are no Values to select in the "Object" dropdown.

In case this issue does happen in English, please open an Incident on LOD-CRM-HOM component mentioning the internal note number 3386852.

SAP Cloud For Customer

1. Login in the desired Language.
2. Go to Home Page's Adapt mode.
3. Adapt for default user Role.
4. Click on Add cards.
5. Create a custom card.
6. Select type such as Quicklinks.
7. Link type is create.
8. Click on the Object Selection > A single blank value is shown.

This is a current system limitation, the option to choose these objects in other languages will be implemented in a future release.

As a Workaround, please do the following:

1. Login in English.
2. Go to Adapt mode.
3. Adapt for default user Role.
4. Click on Add cards.
5. Create a custom card.
6. Select type of Quicklinks.
7. Select the objects which you want to be added and then save.
8. Publish the saved changes.
9. Login in the desired language.
10. Tile created for Homepage will be translated in the logged in language.
