Run a job and Get the following error:

CON-120505: Sybase connection error: <Sybase Server message number <> State <> Severity <> From Server <>:   Message Text is:Login failed.

                                                            Sybase CS Library message number <> Severity <>:   Message Text is: ct_connect(): protocol specific layer: external

                                                            error: The attempt to connect to the server failed.>
