3459618 - Error when trying to access Data Management workspace

Data Management tab is not listing Jobs or letting actions to be performed. Sometimes it throws an error:

• The Data Import service is currently unavailable.

1. Access SAC tenant
2. Go to a Model and then to Data management workspace
3. See the slowness or error: "The Data Import service is currently unavailable.
   Correlation ID: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"
