Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
Cause
The user Permission Group have restrictions, allowing only specific users to be part of the people pool. In Onboarding, it is recommended that, apart from using the regular method of selecting the people pool, you also select the user type as "External Onboarding User".
Resolution
Make sure the candidate is included in the People Pool of the users who need to see the information. You can do this by going to "Manage Permission Groups", searching for the permission group, and ensuring that the External Onboarding Users are included in the target population.
