SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

The user Permission Group have restrictions, allowing only specific users to be part of the people pool. In Onboarding, it is recommended that, apart from using the regular method of selecting the people pool, you also select the user type as "External Onboarding User".

Please ensure that the candidate is included in the People Pool of the users who require visibility to this information. To verify this, kindly follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Manage Permission Groups.
2. Search for the relevant permission group.
3. Confirm that External Onboarding Users are included in the target population.

Once these settings are validated, the appropriate users should be able to view the candidate’s information as expected.
