Symptom

Not able to transfer the header text from billing document to journal entry.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Edit the header text of the billing document in the "Change Billing Documents" app 
  2. Post the billing document in the "Manage Billing Documents" app
  3. Check the header text of journal entry generated by the billing document
  4. The header text of billing document is not transferred to journal entry

Cause

This is the standard system behavior. Currently it is not supported to transfer the header text from billing document to accounting document.  

Resolution

According to the "Cause" part, it is suggested to create a feature request.
