3459710 - Bank account details not displayed in My Inbox for Manage Bank Accounts App


You are using workflow for Bank Accounts Management. After submitting the workflow request, the approver is able to see the request in My Inbox for Manage Bank Accounts App.

But after clicking on the request, you are not able to the Bank account details at the bottom of the app screen.
