Symptom

SAP Integration Suite Homepage may refuse to work* all of a sudden, where no change was conducted (e.g., user authorization). The runtime is basically working as normal.
This article aims at providing guidance / workaround under this situation.

Login to Integration Suite Homepage works successfully, but below symptoms may occur:

  • wrong captions for buttons/tabs
  • missing tiles
  • "We are unable to display content right now. Please try again later"

N.B., this article aims only at rare, disruptive scenarios.
