Symptom

  • Is it possible to Hide Date of birth field on the rehire data review page? 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Resolution

  • Currently the fields in Rehire data review page are not controlled by RBP. We cannot hide the fields. The business rules won't work as well in this scenario. Rehire Data Review is triggered to ensure that all the details of the candidate are available since it is of the previous employment. 
  • Currently this is the system limitation.
