3459793 - Unable to access "Default Settings for User" in app My Purchase Requisitions

When accessing the "Default Settings for User" in My Purchase Requisitions app, the system always show loading and unable to successfully access it.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Open App My Purchase Requisitions.
2. Click User Profile.
3. Click "Default Settings for User".
4. The system always show loading, the error "Enter valid user details" can be seen in the browser logs.

There is no Work Agreement for this user.

Please make sure that the user has Work Agreement.

1. Open App Manage Workforce.
2. Maintain Work Agreement for this user.
