3459866 - Inability to Activate Workflow-Related Background Jobs Due to "Automatic Job Scheduling is Switched Off" Status in SJOBREPO

Upon investigation, the following issues have been observed, and it has been noted that background jobs related to workflows are deactivated in transaction code SJOBREPO, displaying the status "Automatic Job Scheduling is Switched Off":

• Workflow background jobs SAP_WORKFLOW_XXX are not running.
• The node for "Schedule Background Jobs for SAP Business Workflow" within transaction code SWU3 cannot be activated.
• The functionality associated with the SAP Business Workflow, which relies on the execution of background jobs, is experiencing failures. Upon further analysis, it has been determined that the background jobs essential for workflow operations are not running. For instance, the job named SAP_WORKFLOW_OUTPUT_MANAGEMENT is inactive, leading to a disruption in sending out notification emails for tasks.
