Posting a Goods Movement

If you need to post a goods movement regarding one of the following listed features, we recommend using the "Post Goods Movement" (MIGO) application.

Post Goods Receipt for Purchasing Document (F0843) using purchase order items with
Valuated GR Blocked Stock (Movement Type 107/109),
GR Blocked Stock for goods receipt based invoice verification,
GR Blocked Stock for purchase orders with account assignment,
Materials subject to Handling Unit
Materials requiring to enter classification characteristics,
Outsourced Manufacturing,
Custom movement types are not supported,
Subcontracting for special stock types and subsequent adjustment,
Cross-Docking (Retail),
Subcontracting PO with Account Assignment 'F'
Only standard "Account Assignment Categories" are supported in Fiori: P (Project), K (Cost Center), S (Third Party), C (Sales Order), F(Order), A(Asset), X(All aux.acct.assgts.)
Materials defined for Quality Management in the Material Master record can only be posted into Quality Inspection Stock.

Overdue Materials - Stock in Transit (F2139) supports only the following stock transfer processes:
Goods issues with movement types 351, 641, 643, 654
Goods receipts with movement types 101, 103, 107, 109 
Custom movement types are not supported

Overdue Materials – Goods Receipt Blocked Stock (F2347)
Supports only purchasing documents of category “Purchase Order” (BSTYP = ‘F’) 

Manage Stock (F1062)
Materials with serial numbers are not supported. Use application "Post Goods Movement" (MIGO) instead. 
Split-valuated materials are not supported. Use application "Post Goods Movement" (MIGO) instead.

Transfer Stock – In-Plant (F1061)
Materials with serial numbers are not supported. Use application "Post Goods Movement" (MIGO) instead.
Split-valuated materials are not supported. Use application "Post Goods Movement" (MIGO) instead.

Transfer Stock – Cross-Plant (F1957)
Materials with serial numbers - serial number profile configuration must be the same at both the shipping plant and receiving plant in order to transfer serialized stock. 
Split-valuated materials are not supported. Use application "Post Goods Movement" (MIGO) instead.
Transfer postings from a Plant where a Material is batch-managed to a Plant where the Material is not batch-managed are not supported. Use application "Post Goods Movement" (MIGO) instead.

Post Goods Receipt for Production Order (F3110)
Materials defined for Quality Management in the Material Master record can only be posted into Quality Inspection Stock. Use application "Post Goods Movement" (MIGO) instead.
Materials subject to Handling Unit. Use application "Post Goods Movement" (MIGO) instead.

Post Goods Receipt for Inbound Delivery (F2502)
Materials subject to Handling Unit. Use application "Post Goods Movement" (MIGO) instead.

Post Goods Receipt without Reference (F3244)
Materials subject to Handling Unit. Use application "Post Goods Movement" (MIGO) instead.

Stock Monitoring 

Stock - Single Material (F1076)
Split-valuated materials are not supported. Use application "Stock - Multiple Materials" (F1595) or "Display Stock Overview" (MMBE) instead.

Physical Inventory

Physical Inventory Analysis (F2913 / W0058)
Physical inventory documents generated via WM are not supported. Use applications MI20, MI22 or MI24 instead.

Manage Physical Inventory Count (F5430)
Auto-create serial numbers option is not available

API: Material Documents - Read, Create

Purchase Orders with GR-based IV indicator
For goods movements that rely on passing the reference document (LFBNR), the API cannot be used in full extent.
General functionalities

Materials with external material number representation are not supported.
The "Unique Item Identifier" (UII) is not supported.
