3460015 - ENR: Short dump occurs in MIGRATE_COBK_COEP with duplicate rowid matched during merge into statement

Symptom

During the conversion of the system, a short dump occurs during the activity ENR at the database procedure "CL_FINS_CO_MIG_UTIL => MIGRATE_COBK_COEP" with the SQL code 689. 
An exception has occurred in class "CX_AMDP_EXECUTION_FAILED". This exception was not caught in procedure "MIGRATE_COBK_COEP" "(METHOD)" or propagated by a RAISING clause.
