3460066 - Candidate not converted even if all criteria is completed - Onboarding

The candidate concluded all Onboarding steps but is still inactive in Employee Central after the start date.

The following criteria was checked and there is no issues with that:

1. The job was configured to run with recurrence.
2. In Manage Data > Process > Searching for the candidate's Onboarding Process Id:
   • The Process Status needs to be open.
   • The Task Status needs to be open.
   • The Hire Status must be set to hired.
   • The candidate's tasks must not be archived 
3. The Hire Date needs to be before than the Target Date for the system logic.
4. The candidate's username in Onboarding needs to be unique (If duplicate profiles are identified, the job will not work). 
5. The HRIS sync job also needs to be configured and run after the ConvertExternalUserOnStartDateJob.
