3460068 - Completed program are not removed from Programs tab at User level

• When trying to remove completed program, the process runs successfully, but the programs are not removed.
• Can we remove programs which are completed at user level?
• Why is it that the program removal process runs successfully at the user level, but the program still stays under Program tabs at user level?

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Learning administration>
2. Search for People> Users>
3. Choose any user of your choice who has completed program under their learning plan>
4. Open the user record>
5. Go to Programs tab>
6. See for completed programs>
7. Select the checkbox to remove the program>
8. Click X to launch program removal wizard>
9. Run the job>
10. See the Status of the job Succeeded>
11. Close the Wizard, the completed program is still there/not removed.
