3460124 - In FB03->Document List-> "Ledger" field does not work correctly

Symptom

The field "Ledger" in FB03->Document List, does not filter the output result, based on the Ledger entered in the selection screen.

But instead shows all documents with the entered ledger. This creates confusion indicating that the documents are posted in wrong ledgers.
