3460264 - Data Replication Monitor keep on loading using old SF domain

Symptom

Data Replication Monitor keeps spinning even user has all the permission needed to access DRM.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
    • Data Replication Monitor (DRM)

Reproducing the Issue

1. Access DRM
2. Notice that the page keeps spinning and not showing any data

Cause

Some customer may experience this issue if their tenant is provisioned with new domain (Common Super Domain).

Resolution

We request customers to use new domain to access the tenant. Accessing it with old domain will not be optimal.
