You have created 3 different Views in the APP "Manage Assignments" like below:
My-View - Header – For Header to control the selection items
My-View - Leading Unit – For Leading Units documents
My-View - Partner Units – For Partner Units documents
Whenever you open the Fiori APP Manage Assignment, only the Header view is defaulted, Other 2 views are not defaulted and you have to select it manually.
