3460332 - When production order is TECO or CLSD, it does not reduce the allocated quantity in quota.

Set production order to status TECO or CLSD, this does not reduce the allocated quantity in quota arrangement. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud 

The quantity appears in the quota arrangement until the order itself is marked for deletion.  

Set the deletion flag against the production order rather than TECO,CLSD.
