3460602 - SAP SBPA Desktop Agent v3 does not start (infinite loading)

Symptom

  • Your Desktop Agent does not start and shows the loading animation infinitely
  • Checking the Main.log trace the following error is shown:
    "[2024-04-18 10:02:22.926] [info]                       startAgentSeq>configureAndConnectDefaultTenant beginning...

[2024-04-18 10:02:53.777] [error]                       TimeoutError: Timed out after 30000 ms while trying to connect to the browser! Only Chrome at revision r1002410 is guaranteed to work.
