3460605 - SAML - "(FWB 00010) Failed to find a working alias for the user"

Symptom

When trying to login with SAML to BI Launchpad getting HTTP 500 error.

In the Spring SAML log found the below errors:

  • Error - File wasn't found: ..\tomcat\logs\.businessobjects\clusterinfo.1400.propertiesjava.io.FileNotFoundException: ..\tomcat\logs\.businessobjects\clusterinfo.1400.properties (The system cannot find the path specified)
  • Error - failed to logon, logonCred=user:XX,method:password,auth=secEnterprise,aps=<host>:6400 ...Benutzer muss mindestens einen Alias haben. (FWB 00010) Failed to find a working alias for the user"
