• when clicking in active membership in Manage Permission group we get an application error
• errorMessage=An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support 
• fingerprint=f73bebf5d5d7eed36070f37dc316bd09d15a0c10
• When accessing any dynamic membership lists from a group in Manage Workflow Group, user gets the error "Failed to get member list".

SAP SuccessFactors HCM

1. Go to Manage Permission Groups
2. Try to click on Active Membership to view the members of the group
3. the error occurs:
   errorId=42603030-03c7-4baa-b9f0-5f1b5beb138f, fingerprint=f73bebf5d5d7eed36070f37dc316bd09d15a0c10, timestamp=2024-04-23T06:20:36.722+0200, errorMessage=An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support (with the error information of errorId=42603030-03c7-4baa-b9f0-5f1b5beb138f, timestamp=2024-04-23T06:20:36.722+0200, and the version information from the current screen) if the issue keeps occurring. 

OR

1. Go to Manage Workflow groups
2. Try to click on Active Membership to view the members of the group
3. the error occurs: "Failed to get member list"

• We are aware of the issue and working on a patch to fix the issue.
• The patch release is tentative of May 2nd 2024
