3460680 - PCC: User not able to assign alerts to self in PCC

Symptom

  • The user is unable to assign alerts to themselves in the "Unassigned Alerts" tab in PCC.
  • When attempting to assign an alert, an error occurs, causing the operation to fail.
  • A pop-up dialog box appears stating "Sorry, a technical error occurred.
    Please try again later. Assign to me is not allowed in productive process, CL_PYC_CONT_RT_FACADE=======CM00C / 147".
