3460688 - FIBLFFP: Required field error 00278 message in free form payment

Symptom

When we try to create a free form payment (both in FIORI "Process free form payments (F2564)" and GUI FIBLFFP), the system gives an error message to enter mandatory field.

Error: Make an entry in mandatory field "House bank".
