3460720 - 'Valid From' in currency exchange rates app

• When selecting a currency pair within the Currency Exchange Rates app the 'Valid From' within the selection screen differs to that of the 'Details' screen.

S/4HANA Cloud 

1. Currency Exchange Rates app (ID F3616).
2. Enter a sample 'Currency Pair'.
3. Go.
4. Select any line item to display the 'Details'.
5. The 'Valid From' differs between the selection screen and details.

Known error, the logon time zone of the user is not UTC.

The selection screen will show the 'Valid From' in UTC time zone.  When displaying the 'Valid From' in the details screen this will show the Time Zone of the users settings within the 'Language and Region'.

1. User Profile.
2. Settings.
3. Language and Region.
4. Maintain the user settings the same as the system settings.
5. Valid From matches in selection and details screen. 

The issue will be corrected with the release CE2408.
