3460721 - Error 404 in Execution Manager Dashboard when doing Real time sync for New hires via ONB

• Customer implemented IAS and doing Real time sync for new hires, after user creation in ONB. New hires are not showing in IPS.
• Getting error 404 in Execution Manage Dashboard.

In Execution Manage Dashboard

1. Go to SuccessFactors Instance
2. In the Admin Center, search Execution Manager 
3. Select Pre-delivered integrations
4. Check the date range for Real-time Sync
5. Check if the Process State is failed. 
6. Check Error,  getting error 404. (Sample error below). 

Error while publishing payload to endpoint. Business Key : aac64c83-d967-4854-a762-5289b0c3a4f0 Status code : 404 

1. Generally, the destination URL is wrong in IGS. 
2. Be aware of destination URL: https://<ips-tenant-host>/ipsproxy/service/api/v1/systems/<IPS Source system-id>
3. Navigate to Admin center, Integration Service Registration Center. 
4. Select Identity Provisioning Services as Integration Service
5. Under Service Details, check Destination URL. 

In this topic, customer followed the guide Manage Real-Time Sync of New Hires from SAP SuccessFactors to Identity Authentication with Identity Provisioning. But still unable to get the new hires sync to IPS. 

1.  Navigate to IAS Admin console.
2. Go to Identity Provisioning.
3. Select Source System.
4. On the URL tab get the characters after /sourceSystems/ (as shown below) (Copy just the characters, do not include forward slashes). 
5. Paste the character to the destination URL as highlighted on the cause screenshot. 
6. Click Register.
7. Create a new hire, then save.
8. Check IPS, search for the user, and the new hire should be synched.
