3460722 - Telephone country code issue

The system is allowing candidates to input values in fields that exceed the maximum length configured in the Data Model, when they are using the "autofill" option in the browser. 

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

It is a standard field with a standard maximum length as indicated in the documentation. For this field, the maximum length is 32 digits. Therefore, even if you modified the value, the system would still accept any values submitted up to 32 digits.
