While running SWPM 1.0 SP40 getting below warning Follow Up Activities After Database installation.
CAUTION
Note that after completing the Database Instance option, you must definitely run the subsequent Primary/Application Server Instance option as well. Otherwise, you run the risk that the installed system is in an inconsistent state, because if you don't run Primary/Application Server Instance option some mandatory ABAP reports that are integrated in this option have not been executed in the SAP system.
