Symptom

The requirement is to know if it's possible to manage cards on People Profile Spotlight.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile;
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Resolution

The feature itself is currently not configurable but the cards respect the criteria defined in the implementation guide Spotlight on the Latest People Profile. Please refer to this documentation to check whether the business requirement can be achieved.

In case you do not want the whole Spotlight section to be visible, the workaround available is to disable the latest People Profile following the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Company System and Logo Settings;
  2. Untick the box "Enable the latest People Profile" > Save.
