3460793 - [ECS] Cannot modify Default Profile in transaction (RZ10) in Business Clients

The system does not allow modifying the Default Profile or Importing Profiles  in transaction RZ10. Currently, the cause of this issue cannot be determined.

Symptom 1: 

When attempting to modify the profile in a client other than 000, the system displays the following message:

Client 100 lacks authorization to execute this action. Changes cannot be saved.

Symptom 2:

When importing profiles of active servers, the system displays the following message:

When trying to save the newest version of a profile in transaction RZ10, "Could not store profile data in database".
