3460801 - First and Last Name, Email, Password get wiped out if required field is missing upon application using Quick Apply - RCM

Symptom

After the release, when applying to Quick Apply job applications, if we miss to fill out a required field and click on the Apply button the page refreshes and the email address, password, first name and last name previously inserted are wiped out from the screen and the candidate must refill these fields. The other fields that were filled out don’t get wiped out.

This does not happen in a b2311 environment.

This issue has already been raised to our Engineering team to investigate.
