3460843 - Rating scale issue in Program details page

After the 1H2024 release, while reviewing programs that have a rating scale, there is a rectangle partially covering the stars on the user side, and totally covering the stars on the admin side.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

User side:

1. Log into HCM > navigate to LMS as user >
2. Search for a program or access one that's already assigned >
3. At the program's Details page, look at the rating scale and notice there is a rectangle partially covering the stars >
4. Clicking on the rectangle, a box called "Rating Details" opens, showing the number of votes each rate has >
5. Accessing other entities (such as Instructor-Led or Online items), there is no rectangle and the stars are shown as expected >
6. It happens regardless of the toggle "New Learning Experience" being enabled or not.

Admin side:

1. Log into HCM > navigate to Learning Administration > Learning Activities > Programs >
2. Search for a program that has been rated and open its record >
3. Notice that where the stars should be displayed, there is a rectangle totally covering them >
4. Clicking on the rectangle, a box called "Rating Details" opens, showing the number of votes each rate has.

Our Engineering team has investigated the scenario and provided a fix for this issue, which is planned to be delivered within the b2411 release version as per the schedule available at Product Release & Road Map Information.

It has been confirmed by Engineering that the same fix will address both user and admin sides.
